It all began with structures. A teenager passionate about construction and creativity. Someone constantly curious about understanding the reasons behind an individual’s or organization’s success.
But his story is one of transcending the frameworks of concrete and rebar to delve into the depths of human minds.
While many engineers dedicate themselves to foundations and columns, he turned to building beliefs, strategies, and human frameworks. From civil engineering to international trade, and eventually earning a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, he didn’t just acquire knowledge along this journey—he lived experience. Experience gained from participating in over 20 international exhibitions, studying and working in the USA and Canada, and living and conducting business in China, all while managing over 77 brand sales agencies simultaneously.
But perhaps what sets Hamidreza apart is his human-centered approach to business and education. He believes that the success of a brand or organization hinges on engineering relationships and a deep understanding of people. This is why, today, he teaches at universities, consults in industries, and has a story to share with the next generation of managers and entrepreneurs.
If you have a conversation with him, he’ll talk about sales techniques and letters of credit, but he’ll just as passionately discuss understanding human psychology, consumer behavior, and the importance of emotional presence in every business interaction.
And perhaps that’s his true secret: he pays as much attention to the details of his audience’s mind as he does to the details of a construction project.

I am Hamidreza Dehghani; an engineer, manager, teacher, and lover of literature and Iran.
From building prestigious structures across the country to negotiating with international brands in China and participating in global exhibitions from Shanghai to Milan, my life has always been grounded in two principles: honesty and service.
I studied in the United States, worked in China, and in Iran, I have built homes and ideas meant to endure—whether in the form of bricks and concrete or knowledge and experience.
I learned commerce not only in university classrooms but also in the heart of domestic and international trade. Today, I see my mission as passing on this journey and these experiences to others, from passionate students to seasoned managers.
I deeply believe in humanity, art, and the power of words. I believe that education is not just about transferring information; it’s about building dreams, fostering courage in decision-making, and sparking transformation.
